About Me
I am a Southern California based worship leader, pastor, speaker, and champion of others.
For the past 13 years, I have found my passion in serving the local church
and in helping people find their worth, power, and hope in the grace and love of God.
As a music director, worship leader, pastor, communicator, and friend,
it is my greatest desire to direct all people to the life-changing reality that
they are enough, they are capable, and they are not alone.

This world is in desperate need of hope. In desperate need of love.
In every corner, there are people asking the question, "Where is our hope?"
Even with all it's imperfections, as part of the local church,
I believe we are the answer to that question.
Now is the time for us to remember His greatest commandment: to love.

Ministry Experience
2016 - 2017
South Hills Church - Worship Pastor and Outreach Director
​
From July 2016 to July 2017 I served as the worship pastor, outreach director, and social media director at South Hills Church Corona and Norco campuses. Greatest notable wins include restructuring the music department, recruiting and training musicians, and shifting to a volunteer structure while maintaining a high level of excellence. Planned and executed monthly service projects under the Beyond Our Walls outreach budget, and managed social media posts while building a photography team.

2014 - 2016
Various Churches and Events - Worship Leader
​
Coached and led as a guest worship leader at churches and events across Southern California. Developed worship departments and worked with church leadership teams to assist them in putting words to their vision and instilling that culture in their creative arts ministries.
2010 - 2014
New Community Church - Worship Pastor and Communications Director
​
From July 2010 to April 2014 I served as the worship pastor, local outreach pastor, and communications director at New Community Church in Vista, CA. Greatest notable wins include launching a local outreach department and overseeing the adoption of an 85-unit trailer park in an initiative titled "I Heart North County" along with it's spinoff ministries "the Homework Club" tutoring program for students in the community, and "Martha's Home" a home-repair team for those struggling financially in the community. All while maintaining a high level worship experience and healthy worship culture for all services and events

2009 - 2010
Rancho Community Church - Executive Worship Pastor​
​
From April 2009 to July 2010 I served as the executive worship pastor at Rancho Community Church and School in Temecula, CA.
I was responsible for designing and executive excellent quality worship experiences for all midweek events and weekend services.

2005 - 2009
Centerpoint Church - Worship Director​
​
Served as the worship director at Centerpoint Church​ for four years.
What started as a small church called "The Lamb's Fellowship" in Murrieta, CA consisting of 150 people, gradually grew to an average of 1500 weekend attendees and experienced their first successful building campaign by the time I left. I have never learned as much about church growth as I did during these four years. This experience set me in motion with the love of team development and recruiting that I have today.
